Constructed from 3 layers of 1680 denier Ballistic Nylon.  This strength nylon does not fray around the edge. We do not use seam binding around te edge. The edges are turned into the vest and doubled sewed. This material sheds water so it won't drown your dog. Four 1 inch buckles are used at the closure to attach to doubled nylon strap.
